Fog wood stands for Found On Ground wood. I try to do a small part in reducing waste by recycling or rescuing wood that has come down naturally or has been taken down intentionally. I do not purchase wood from any place that makes a profit from deforestation. Wood has a story. I can tell you where every piece of wood came from that has become my art. I am a woodturner and create art that can be funtional or purely decorative. My work spans from bowls and hollow forms, to smaller decorative turned owls, penguins, orniments and snowmen. I have a good variety to offer at a range of price points.
