deSoto is a European-style confiserie specializing in artisan caramelized nuts. In Spain, caramelized nuts are a fixture of summertime fairs and festivals, and are also enjoyed during the winter holidays. Owner/chef Adrián makes the nuts in small batches, using the traditional Spanish method which is vegan and gluten-free.
Caramelized nuts can be enjoyed as a snack, or as a delicious addition to charcuterie boards, salads, oatmeal, and ice cream. They also make great teacher, employee, or host gifts and stocking stuffers!
